We are excited to announce a new feature that adds even more flexibility and convenience to your experience with ZRA97. We have our Flexible Bag Exchange Policy, designed to make it easier for you to find the perfect bag for every occasion.

With our Flexible Bag Exchange Policy, you now have the freedom to exchange your rented bag at any time, provided that the replacement bag falls within the same rental value. Whether you’re looking for a different style, color, or designer, you can swap your current bag for a new one hassle-free.

Browse our collection: Explore our curated selection of luxury handbags and find the one that best suits your needs and preferences.

Exchange anytime: If you decide that you’d like to try a different bag, simply contact our customer care team to initiate the exchange process. As long as the replacement bag falls within the same rental value, you can exchange it at any time during your rental period.

Pay the difference: If the replacement bag has a higher rental value than your original rental, you can easily pay the price difference to complete the exchange.

Enjoy your new bag: Once the exchange is confirmed, we’ll make arrangements for the new bag to be delivered to you, allowing you to continue enjoying the luxury of our rental service with a fresh new accessory.

We believe that our Flexible Bag Exchange Policy will enhance your rental experience by providing you with even more options and convenience. Whether you’re attending a special event, traveling, or simply seeking a change of style, you can now do so with ease.
