Terms and Conditions for Lenders

Welcome to ZRA97! These Terms and Conditions outline the guidelines and policies for lenders on our platform. By listing your bags on our platform, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Payment Terms

• All payments to lenders will be processed and transferred by the 30th of each month for rentals completed in the preceding month.

• Payments will be made via the payment method provided by the lender during registration.

• Any discrepancies in payments should be reported to our customer support team within 5 business days of receiving the payment.

2. Minimum Time to Post

• The minimum time to post a bag on the platform is 3 months from the date of listing.

• If a lender wishes to withdraw their bag before the end of the 3-month period, they are required to provide 1 month’s prior notice.

• Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a handling fee of 500 AED, which will be deducted from the lender’s payments.

• Bags removed in violation of this clause may not be eligible for re-listing in the future.

3. Urgent Return

• In case of an urgent return request (less than 1 month’s notice), the lender will be responsible for bearing the handling fee of 500 AED.

• The platform will coordinate the safe return of the bag, and the handling fee will cover logistics and administrative expenses.

• Urgent return requests may lead to delays depending on ongoing rental agreements, and lenders must ensure they understand the terms agreed upon when listing their bags.

4. Revenue Sharing

• Revenue generated from the rental of the lender’s bag(s) will be shared between the lender and ZRA97 in the ratio of 60/40. The lender will receive 60%, and the platform will retain 40% of the revenue.

• All shipping and handling costs related to the lender’s bag(s) will be deducted from the lender’s account. These costs will be clearly itemized in the payment report provided to the lender.

• The lender acknowledges and agrees that shipping and handling fees may vary depending on location and logistics requirements.

Note: By listing your bags on the ZRA97 platform, you confirm that you own the bags, they are in authentic and excellent condition, and you agree to all the terms listed above.
